His work for non-profits includes key initiatives for leading cultural, regional development and social services institutions including the Community Foundation of SE Michigan, Lutheran Services in America, and several units of The Smithsonian.
Internal culture-building is an important focus of Eric’s work. This includes initiatives to articulate purpose, vision and mission; boost morale; instill values; and align cultures around organizational and market changes including mergers, acquisitions, spinoffs, entry into new markets, and business pivots.
